Anyone seen this movie? It's pure and utter crap. Just a guy standing in a phone booth for the whole movie with a sniper watching him. The only good bit was the strippers getting that guy to smash up the booth, that made me laugh. :D

Collen Farrel (if I spelled his name right) is a terrible terrible actor...

I didn't think it was too bad actually.....I even enjoyed it. I of course went into it expecting the worst though so that always helps. The trailers basically looked like "Speed" in a phone booth. I'll agree that not all of the acting was a class act, but overall I enjoyed and loved the ending.

I'm not going to say I liked the movie and I don't know how many times I would watch it, but I do know that I was entertained and in my opinion, that is the point of a movie. Now a movie that can go past that and spark emotion, confusion, and envy over fantasy.... But alas, Phone Booth was good enough for one viewing.

I would recommend watching it and figuring out your own opinion. And of course, try to watch it neutrally without a bias for like or dislike. =]

It thought Phonebook was surprsingly good.

It was dialogue driven and only took place in one real scene which worked since it was only like 80 minutes long. Just shows how much good actors/ directors can do with minimal resources. A great single viewing movie - not recommended for Transformers fans.

If the only part you liked was the strippers and the dude that smashed up the phonebooth than i dont think this movie (or others like it) is really aimed at you.

hehe, that sounds like a boring film...

I thought Phonebooth was a great film, watched it two or three times and is still pretty cool. Good entertainment for such little action if you know what I mean...
