I have a shoe fetish.

In dress and business casual shoes I've found quality to be synonomus with brand but athletic shoes have various price and quality points. You can get a low end Nike or a high end Nike. A low end Nike will be lower quality than a high end competitors, but that will not make a lot of difference if you are using it only as a street shoe.

Dress- Allen Edmunds, Cole Hann, Johston Murphy
Casual- H. S. Trask, Clarks
Sandal- Ecco, Teva

I tend to ramble.

One should always wear good shoes.

REI is having a teriffic clearance on Teva sandals. Got a pair $60 regular retail for $12.
