Another one that was great was Radiohead. I didn't have a ticket, but it was an outdoor concert at Stone Mountain which is a large historic mountain park here. My friends and I went and hiked up onto this very secluded part of the mountain and watched listened to the show from there....amazing.

I'm guna try not to keep raving about Bloc Party... (they have been awesome very time)

The Infadels were great live, had no idea who they were before they supported whoever it was they were supporting, but one to watch for the future. Lively, crowd-involving, catchy, did everything right!

Lol I still need to see Bloc Party live. They came once and I am kicking myself for not going.

Just got back over the weekend from The MGMT concert. A full interview / review will be coming soon (got to play back the interview and write some things on it).

I will say I was impressed by the band's performance. I also got to catch Of Montreal after MGMT's show (and meet the members afterwards). Was a great time :-)

In the process I picked up a unreleased solo album from one of MGMT's members Hank Sullivent (formerly of the Whigs) who gave me a copy after the show and was blown away. I'll be posting a review of that later as well.

My first ever concert was Soulfly... So that will always be one of my favorites.

But I really enjoyed the G. Love and Special Sauce concert I went to. Watching G. Love sing, play the harmonica and guitar was amazing. He's extremely talented.

I went to Steve Vai and Yes in Bucharest 7 years ago. Amazing shows. And more recently I saw Jean Luc Ponty at Garana Jazz Festival (last year, an open air festival, taking place at the mountains). The guy and the others in the festival were terrific

I think the best show I've been to was Rilo Kiley like 3 years ago. It was in a small venue and they ended up playing like a half hour more than they were suppose to so it was awesome. I love Jenny Lewis' vocals. One of the interns where I work at umgd said she saw her when she was touring (kind of) solo and she was amazing.
