Hmm... I keep all my music in a folder... no sub folders at all... And I use Rhythmbox to organize it... so... It's not that organized in general, but the program does organize it pretty good. :)

What do you need to know? I used it for years before switching to a mac.

It works best when your files for a cd are in one folder (like *cough* after you finished downloading a torrent *cough*) and are numbered by track.

You then point the program to that folder, click "look up info from Amazon" in the menu, enter the artist and album and find it on Amazon. Some albums will get a lot of hits so select the appropriate one.

If for some reason the track listing from Amazon is different from the track listing you have , check amazon.uk etc as the source album might be from a different country (sometimes they slightly alter the track listing or include bonus tracks in other releases).

Once you find the match all you have to do is click yes and watch it enter all the track info (including cover art!).

Its sooo nifty once you learn how to use it right.

I'm very OCD with mine too, on iTunes I NEED every field filled out, LOL... plus the cover of the CD.
