I use FCP for almost everything I do. Avid is a close second with Quantel a far third. I also use After Effects. So, if anyone has any questions about them, feel free to shoot 'em my way.

I also know a load about Photoshop, DVD Studio Pro and a bit about Illustrator.

As for video shooting hardware, I've used Iki's, Sony Beta SX, Sony Beta SP, XD Cam, P2 HD, Canon XL2, XL1, and Panasonic DVX-100a/b. So, questions, shout at me.

Decks, I'm pretty fluent with most Sony Beta decks. Like, the big 50k ones. :P

Dude, i actually might take you up on that offer. I've made some videos for counterstrike in the past, but am looking to mess around with making other videos in the future. But i don't know what video software to get or how to use it. I had Sony Vegas, which was supposedly amazing, but just way too confusing for me. I didn't know where to begin. So I made some alright videos simply using windows movie maker. lol. i didn't say good video quality, but transition and directing wise, they turned out fine:

This is me playing. This is about a year and a half ago: http://youtube.com/watch?v=m8h0BVraa8w

This is a video of the movie Final Fantasy. About a year ago: http://youtube.com/watch?v=i4m6wSIJVtc

This is my friend's online video. About 8 months ago: http://youtube.com/watch?v=vf73mGMX7As

youtube sucks with quality.

So if you don't mind giving me a basic tutorial when the time comes, that would be much appreciated!

Peace.

I currerently prefer Sony Vegas for editing. I am dying to grab the new version. Nice thing is there are a lot of audio capabilites included... and it links up GREAT with Boris FX.
